Everything was just as it should be, which isnt always the case these days. I would have liked an alarm clock in the room, but that is so minor. Clean, well maintained, and friendly hotel.

Lovely pool and hot tub area, comfortable room, average breakfast.

Researched area for room with private hot tub inside room. Everything led to understand this is what i was purchasing. Get here, and it's a oh no that's not the room you reserved. Room smelled horrible Fridge was moldy, dingy, unkept from decades ago. TV did not work AC was a struggling, then began switching , clicking on off every couple seconds. AVOID THIS HOTEL PAY EXTRA TO STAY ELSEWHERE! Travelocity is the worst, sad part is i knew better. Shame on me i guess

The location of the property is good. The staff was excellent. The cleanliness in general was pretty good. The shower had very little water pressure and within five hours of checking in I took my shoes off and realized the floor was really wet and soggy and had a really bad odor

I was greeted by friendly stuff with smiling faces. Clean swimming pool stays open late. Breakfast is good. Coffe is available all day along.

They don't offer black tea, only green tea which I don't drink. I drink Black tea every morning when I not staying at this hotel. Rooms were not pleasant. Very poorly decorated. Cost was twice what you would expect for the class of hotel.

Remodel the rooms. Offer breakfast options you'd expect at any hotel.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They were super friendly and helpful. Also, it was nice that the pool was open until midnight

Pool-awesome! Staff-respectful, cheerful Room- clean Mattress- the worst!
