Amazing.

Rooms were horrible,water all over the floor from the ac and bathroom condition was pathetic.only good thing was that the workers were nice and the restaurant food and service was very nice

Front end staffs are not very pleasant. Lots of maintainence work going on. Average hotel

Room given 304 was ok, looks not proper clean and even rest room not proper, was not good as earlier, we stayed in single big bed and this time twin bed.

Don't go on the pictures they've shown here, hotel rooms are larger but the washrooms are too old and broken. Service is just OK and can't be compared as per the Stars they are given by the people. Breakfast is YOU CAN JUST AVOID.

Confortable hotel

Okay for a one night stopover before or after a flight as it is close to the airport. Breakfast not great. Only Indian options plus some cereals, juice and fruit. Staff were ok. Helpful and efficient. Room was not as clean as it could be but not too bad for India. Our room had been painted recently so smelt of fresh gloss paint. Reasonably priced for Mumbai and does the job for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again to be honest.

It was good staying for couple of days. Staffs and hotel experience in good.

Great place, I was upgraded, and the suite was really super for the 6 hours before leaving at 2 am. Very friendly staff. Nice French Fries in room. Great waterfall shower. The neighborhood though, and the ride from and to the airport, utter nightmare. Unfortunately the wake up call never happened at 10:30, so it was a pretty rough and uncoordinated departure with the cabby waiting already in front of my door. It was my first time in Mumbai in 25 years on my way to Goa, and I definitely will avoid passing through that city altogether in the future, forever, plus the next three lives...
