The room was absolutely lovely. I didn't have any of the breakfast, but my significant other did, and enjoyed it. If time had allowed, I think I would have really enjoyed the hot tubs, as they were very pretty. The grounds themselves were nice to walk around in.

We arrived very late and the AC wasn't working in the room, but was fixed quickly the next day when maintenance came in; and the weather wasn't so bad at the time it was critical. I do not fault them for that at all. These things happen. I'm sure we could have requested another room if there was an issue, but we figured it could wait, so didn't say anything until the next day. Also, the TV was set to Spanish language (on stations that allowed it) with English subtitles and English voiced descriptive actions ("The man walks across the room and opens a door...") The remote was a generic remote that did not allow access to settings to chance any of it. We didn't watch much TV as we were only there two days, and not there to watch TV, but I did notice it when I did try to watch a couple shows in the evening during our downtime.

This B&B was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful, breakfast was delicious. Walking distance from Old Towne, and restaurants. Short distance to other attractions. Loved the original old charm, the Adobe accommodations. And the hot tub area was amazing!

The only negative was our bed. Not a comfortable mattress, and it was too high off the floor for us.
