Breakfast was good!

Very small room. Hotel was not like described!

The location is on a major highway very noisy,though the room at back are fine except they are very close together

location to bus depot is very good. short walk.

My room was on third floor but you took the elevator to the 2nd floor and lugged your baggage up a narrow flight of stairs that has no handrail. The buffet breakfast that was included in my stay was cold and bland.

Coffee maker in room but no coffee/cream/sugar/stirrers/tea. At desk, was told we had to buy coffee. Free coffee in lobby not available until 10 am Limited English speaking staff. No washcloths provided. Scratchy towels. No directions on how to use room phone to contact front desk. Barking dog and other neighborhood noises at night and early morning. Only 2 pillows provided so had to request more (from non English speaking night staff).

Very clean, quaint, quiet hotel. Breakfast every morning.

Since it's along a major road, it is a little loud. We could hear the traffic still from the room. The beds were a bit hard. Other than that, I love it here. My second stay in 2 years

The room was very clean and the location suited us well because we prefer to walk places. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so we didn’t hear the highway noise much at all. Breakfast was decent.

The pool was very cold.

The staff were very helpful especially at reception when we arrived and din’t speak Spanish. They quickly used a translation app and we were booked in ,in no time! They were always friendly when we went in and out and willing to help in any way they could. Breakfast on a lovely terrace by the pool was also included and very substantial. The chambermaid did a great job of tidying our room without moving too much. The hotel has a bank and an ATM close by and also a laundry where they did a service wash for us. Walmart is nearby and has EVERYTHING!

The motorway is very close but we knew that before we arrived.
