The hotel was good for a one night stay. The rooms were clean, bed was just ok, pretty firm mattress. Very basic. The traffic along Highway 1 was loud until10 pm and starting again at 5:30 am. The location was convenient to walk to a few restaurants and stores.

CABreakfast was good. Place was beautiful. Close to Bank/Bus stop/supermarkets.
Poor water pressure of shower. A little overpriced
The staff were excellent, the first night I found a long black hair in the shower and the bed. It's on the main drag, very busy and noisy. It's a long way from any beach and various activities. I would not stay there again.
CAfree breakfast and maid service every day was nice. Nice and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were pleasant and greeted me every day.
The pool was extremely cold, so cold I could only stick my feet in. There wasn't any handrail going down the steps into the pool, I felt very unsafe. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, They supplied dish soap, but no dish drainer, There wasn't any dish towels or tea towels to dry the dishes with, I had to use a towel from the bathroom. I cooked pasta but had nothing drain it into, I had to use a soup spoon to drain my pasta. The only utensils I had was 2 flippers. The microwave was over the fridge and I could not reach it to use it. There wasn't any chair on the balcony, I asked twice but none came. I dragged a dining room chair out there to sit on. TV was all in Spanish, no English channels at all. Very boring, I did a lot of reading.

AUI feel sorry for the very kind and friendly staff that this accommodation is just horrible. Uncomfortable, smelly, small and expensive for what you actually get. Could be so much more with some tLC on bedding and bathroom facilities. The pool is literally the best part. Here’s an extra tip, stop doing the free breakfast, it is not good. A better idea is charge less for the rooms and get rid of breakfast.
USThere were no towels in the room. Had to find room service to get some. There was a strange odour in the room. Lots of noise from people in the other rooms out in the hallway. Bed was clean and comfortable. The chain to flush the toilet broke in the middle of the night. Not the worst hotel, but i wouldnt recommend it.
The property is constantly being cleaned by staff, including daily room cleaning. Kitchenette dishes and utensils are meager but sufficient. The main drawback is its location right beside the main highway with many vehicles travelling at high speed, creating constant noise. Our bedroom was at the back of the unit and isolated from the road noise. The only other issue is that the cable TV carries ONLY Spanish-speaking channels, and we don’t speak Spanish.
