Le Palace D Anfa

I was very disappointed with the room and service. The view overlooked construction building. There was no coffee machine, bathroom sink and shower clogged, room much tinier than described online. The pillow case had two holes. At 8:30 am the cleaning service crew knocked and came in without waiting whether we said yea or no. It was definitely not a deluxe room that I chose. The staff wasn’t the most helpful and didn’t offer to change the room. Thank goodness it was for one night. Definitely not coming back. The only thing that was great is the location and they have a good breakfast.

The hotel and room were great. The only issue was the AC in our suite. It wouldn’t go lower and we spent 2 hot nights.

the air conditioning was not working and they were aware and still put us in the room and only 5 hours later delt with it after i made a issue they dont have water or coffee in room which is shoking

Very nice hotel, room service is fast, had loud noise at next room called front desk and they took care of it

j’ai sejourner 7 jours au palace Anfa c’etait fantastiwud le personnel tres gentil et attentionne ils doivrnt ameliorer quelques petits details comme les machines espresso dans les chambres ainsi que l’equipement au gym autrement tout le reste est parfait je recommande fortement cet hotel Merci a Jalal et Ali

Nice friendly staff clean hotel and breakfast is great

The service is 5-star phenomenal. Property, rooms and conference space are all in great shape. Jewish Sabbath services take place every week on the 1st floor premises so staying here over the weekend if you are Jewish is very convenient.
