Le personnel à l'accueil était très accueillant.

Il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, très désagréable pour dormir. Le linge de lit nous a également gratté toute la nuit.

L'accueil et les compétences du réceptionniste

-Chambre : présence d’une odeur de renfermé. - Déjeuner : buffet à volonté décevant, avec un réapprovisionnement insuffisant des comptoirs (manque de plusieurs éléments tels que pain, œufs, tasses, verres, petites cuillères, etc.). - Le fait de constater qu’une seule personne assurait à la fois l’accueil, le service en salle et le nettoyage de la vaisselle, en raison d’une panne prolongée de la machine prévue à cet effet.
