Centralt. Hjälpsam personal och parkering var reducerad med 50 %. Fråga hotell personalen. 😊 Rummet var helt okej och vi bodde tre personer. Kylskåp på rummet. Bra dusch å säng.

The Best Western is located right across from the Dijon Train station which makes for an excellent option if travelling by rail. There is also a tram station right outside if you don’t fancy an 8-minute stroll before you are in a pedestrianised zone of Dijon with plenty of stores. A further 5 minute stroll and you will be amongst the main tourist sites. A note to sensitive sleepers: it was surprising to me that I would be able to feel the ground (and bed) vibrate with each passing train but I quickly got used to it and it did not pose an issue for me, someone who sometimes have difficulty sleeping. It helps that the bed at Best Western is really comfortable :)

The hotel had issues with their WiFi during my stay. Whether this was a temporary issue or a more semi-permanent issue I do not know but when we are all generally quite reliant on WiFi access at our accommodation, I do not find this acceptable. There were no alternatives offered. In terms of cleanliness, everything was very clean and as expected of a hotel, but one thing that was unpleasant was there were a lot of little flies coming out of the shower drain. They all seemed to gravitate to the street-facing window (light) because there were a lot of dead flies on the window sill.
