From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed. We arrived before Noon and as we were staying in a Club room were unable to check in up in club lounge as it was a weekday. The staff held onto our bags and check in downstairs said as soon as a room was available that they would call us and notify us. All staff in Club Lounge were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was comfortable and the beds were the welcoming Langham beds. I did miss the evening turndown service but it was a small minor detail that did make me stop and think upon coming home. Especially at Clubroom level. Breakfast was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I look forward to visiting Melbourne again soon and once again staying at the Langham.

The room, the location, the bed, great breakfast, and lounge for drinks after the theatre.

It was more expensive than other hotels in the area, but it was a very nice experience.

I love Langham, it's a beautiful hotel I always stay when visiting Melbourne. Southbank away from the city, lovely outlook. It's plush, girly, comfy The service from concierge to the spa to the restaurants. Love the spa and the pool, lovely outlook.
