Séjour correct dans l’ensemble. Le reste de l’équipe était agréable et professionnel. En revanche, une personne de l’accueil, assez imposante, a été particulièrement désagréable dans sa façon de s’adresser aux clients. Son ton était sec et elle parlait comme si nous étions des enfants, ce qui a gâché une partie de l’expérience. Dommage, car le reste du personnel était sympathique
