L'accueil et l'accessibilité. Les chambres sont propres et calmes. La proximité de la boulangerie Feuillette pour le petit déjeuner et Hippopotamus pour le dîner.

L'hôtel aurait besoin de rénover les salles de bain. On voit qu'elles sont nettoyée mais des traces de moisissure persistent.
