Campanile NATURE - Villennes sur Seine Poissy

La chambre était propre mais ne sentait pas très bon. Le matelas est en très mauvais état donc on n'a pas bien dormi. L’extérieur de l’hôtel a mal vieillie et a grand besoin d'être rafraîchie.

Bonne situation, hôtel dans un endroit calme et tranquille.

Plainte mur à moitier en ruine ménage covid 19 laisse à désirer après c est pas un 3 étoile mais pour le prix un minimum serai un plus besoin de rénovation

Hôtel correct Négatif : Odeur de la chambre pas très agréable Formes dans le matelas (ressort?) un peu gênantes. Positif : Hôtel bien placé. Verdure autour agréable. Rapport qualité prix

Literie ok, pour le reste, ce n'est pas top. Douche HS, seul la douchette fonctionne. Plus de gel douche dans le distributeur (heureusement que j'en avais). et salle de bain pas très propre. Côté restauration, le service n'est pas à la hauteur, et le petit déjeuner, décevant par la qualité des produits... Bref, déçu...

Chambre propre, calme, bien située. Restauration bonne. Bon accueil.

Malgré des gens sympas à l'accueil, l’hôtel était vraiment décevant : pas de nettoyage des chambres (en cette période de crise sanitaire c'est plus que moyen) chaine tv limitée (pas de chaîne basique type l'équipe tv par ex) pb de wc. Hotel sans confort ni charme.

I arrived early for a one night en-route stop-over, so my room wasn't ready. However, although they couldn't speak English, the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When the room was ready, I was escorted to it and an initial problem with the electronic key was quickly solved. I ate dinner in the restaurant - the buffet des entrees was rather limited (I've had much better in other Campaniles) but the main course was well cooked and very tasty. However, I wish the staff would not try to force diners to use the same cutlery for the main course as well as for the starter - I just won't have it! There was a further disappointment when I ordered coffee and a cognac. The waiter brought the coffee but then announced there was no cognac (despite it being shown on the menu) - rather like bringing frites then saying there were no moules! I refused the coffee and made coffee in my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but I was unable to use the shower as the knob, which has to be pulled to divert the water to the shower-head, was lying in the bottom of the bath. A pity that a pleasant hotel, convenient for the A13, and having very nice nice staff, is spoiled by lack of good maintenance. I will probably use it again just for its convenient location, unless I can find an alternative in the same area.
