Good location for my trip. Friendly staff. Clean all around. Bed was comfortable for me: bit firm, but not too firm. Air conditioning can be turned off + windows have good noise insulation, so it was quiet for the night. I had a good sleep. The breakfast was OK.

When I arrived at the reception some time after 23:00, I was told by the manager that I need to pay upfront at check-in, because I arrived after 23:00. However, they were unable to deduct the money from the credit card that my company had used for the room reservation for me. So, I had to pay with my own personal card. I don't know if it is a Booking.com issue, or related to the hotel, but the experience was not smooth. The problem was resolved eventually -- everybody was cooperative and nice. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. (I prefer to have one and to use it.) The shower head holder was a bit broken -- still usable, though. The bathroom was fair, after all. There is no safe in the room.
