Emplacement de l’établissement, pas loin de eurexpo. L’accueil de la réceptionniste du 22 mai était super superbe.

Équipement de la chambre un peu vieillissant. Le petit déjeuner du samedi 23 au matin, très décevant, réceptionniste peu aimable.

Pas de restauration le soir, personnel intérim à l’accueil pas formé, alarme incendie à 2 heures du matin, femme de ménage en action à 7h30 qui nous réveille en claquant tout, bref un cauchemar

Le personnel très sympathique et disponible à toute heure. Les lits confortables.

Hôtel mal insonorisé on entendait les portes notamment mais les clients étaient respectueux du calme donc ça a été.
