Castelvecchio B&B

Very quiet place, our host was very helpful I trying to book a restaurant and to make our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good. She recommended the Hostaria del Borgo restaurant where I had one of the best meals on my trip in Italy.

A bit out of the way but small drive to Sorano was Ok. There was an issue about the selection of bed configuration but the bed we got was very comfortable.

quite difficult to get to if you dont have your own car. food seemed a bit past its prime but still decent

clean cozy room and individual bathroom. Even the owner is very kind and try to make your stay happy, but she cannot manage heating system. The breakfast is good enough and the location is so nice to access Sorano -cliff town.

Keep in mind your check-in time is after 4:30 or 5 pm...and owner speak Italian only but no difficulty to stay one or few nights.

Absolutely lovely hostess, didn't speak english but her positive attitude and warm welcome was enough to feel very comfortable in her place. For goodbye we got a huge hug from hostess and it was very cute. Lovely nice, freshly furnished and spacious rooms with clean modern bathroom. Good and quiet location, close to lovely small Italian towns and great for pitstop between Siena and Rome.

We liked everything about this place: the cleanliness of the rooms, with very good facilities and attention to detail, the breakfast was tasty, the quiteness in the night , and, of course, the attention of the owners. The location of the property is fantastic, in less than one hour of drive one can reach so many beautiful places in Tuscany. We also had dinner at the bistro, the food was great. We highly recommend this B&B, it greatly exceeded our expectations.

Silent accomodation in the nature.

You can find a photo of breakfast on the picture of the accommodation. You can find vegetables and fruits in the picture, but the actual breakfast was without both.

Perfect! Hospitality, food, cleanliness. Excellent location for visiting the region. Ale is an excellent hostess, she cooks great, she gave us recommendations where to go and what to see. It was pleasure to meet them and i hope we will see again. Pure 10!

Everything was great!

It's a nice place, close to same nice old Toscany cities, easy to find and a lot of green nature around. We stayed there for 1 night, it was just for sleepover on our way home.

The breakfast could be better, after 10 days around Italy, we expected more.. maybe more sweets, like croissants, buiscuits. We had a dog with us and we had to pay 10€ extra, I understand that there were some more dog hairs on the floor, but I don't know what cost more, they just need to do some vacuum cleaning. Anyway it's nice that they allow dogs.
