je suis une habituée de votre site et je ne suis pas une personne critique mais là je ne peux pas ne pas vous avouer que je suis très déçue de cet hôtel. rien à dire sur le personnel de l'accueil, sympathique et agréable. par contre la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur attendue vu son tarif à la nuit. je suis restée 2 nuits. pas déchange de serviettes et ménage alors que l'on me l'a proposé à l'arrivée. Chambre ( 014) horriblement bruyante ( claquement de porte une partie de la nuit coté couloir, très mauvaise insonorisation ; j 'y étais pour travailler auprès du meeting aérien , je n'est pas pu me reposer et dormir paisiblement . pour oublier tous ces désagréments ,je vous demande un geste commercial de votre part sur une prochaine réservation auprès d hotel.com. j'ai confiance en vos services pour satisfaire au mieux vos clients. bien à vous

"CONFORT TRES MOYEN"

La réception rien à dire. La réceptionniste ce jour là était très à l'écoute et faisait ce qu'elle pouvait. un grand effort à faire sur la propreté surtout des sanitaires. C'était sale, la porte avait des tâches sales. Le confort était vraiment pas au top : température élevée et la clim HS, très vétuste d'ailleurs. La nuit n'était pas terrible. Niveau insonorisation ce n'est pas le top non plus.
