Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Magnan

Seemed to be a discrepancy between room booked and room allocated. Management eventually sorted it following a lengthy discussion.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the main strip on the sea. Other than Omar, who was very courteous and helpful, the staff sucks. They treat you like you're an idiot or like they're doing you a favour. The hotel doesn't provide cleaning services for free. The staff "barks" at you. thinking about taking a similar hotel in Paris, but never again.

Good hotel a little away from the heart of tourist Nice but very close to the sea. About 20-40m walking into the main areas. Buses are available nearby. Pool was decent but could use some chairs. Internet was reliable and decent speed. Breakfast buffet was lacking. I prefer to have a bar of soap provided not just liquid soaps.

Family of four enjoyed this apartment \hotel - 1st time used this type of accommodation - really enjoyed it. Had buffet breakfast on the first morning only - although adequate we decided to use the supermarket across the road and bought cereal bread etc. Pool excellent Beach is less than 5mins Spacious apartment with cooking facilities

Very accessible to bus transportation to most major destination

+ Recently remodeled room, very modern, clean + Clean bed, towels + Nice and helpful weekday staff (although the weekend guy had a temper) + Excellent location, bakery, supermarket, a couple of restaurants across the street, close to boardwalk, beach, bus stop to old town, and airport - Hallways were dark and smelly - Lobby and hallways badly in need of renovation - WiFi signal did not go beyond 5th floor. My phone is brand new LG-G3 and worked everywhere else - No phone in my room, so had to go down from 7th to 5th floor to get a WiFi signal to use Viber. - Office is closed for two hours mid-day on weekends - Elevator is a bit noisy

The hotel was just okay. I wish I could give a better review. We were really excited about this hotel because it looks great online. Be prepared the lobby/reception area is so scummy. The lobby really threw me for a loop. I was horrified by the lobby it is shabby and worn. I wanted to turn right around and walk away. The halls are dark and scary there are many, many rooms on the property. The elevator is slow and did not work some of the time. The pool is slightly scummy and there is no where to sit and lounge around by the pool (no chairs, not one.). I got the idea they did not want guests hanging out around the pool. There are buildings surrounding the pool. The room is nice and clean the shower works well, there is a switch that you must keep flipped up for water to be hot. The room’s kitchen is really good and there is a grocery store down the street. The Kitchen has all the pots, pans and silverware. So you can cook easily. There is a charge for breakfast do not be fooled by the room’s book join them for breakfast even if you have a coffee they will charge you. The windows are sound proof and the walls are thick. The bed is not that comfortable and the pillows are cheap. The room is small. This place is just okay.

Apartment was fine except for the shower over the bath. The bath had a curved base and was very slippery. Nothing to hold onto when entering or exiting. When discussed with front staff they said the owner was aware of the problem. The front staff were helpful on tourist travel.

The apartments are much better than the entry to the aparthotel suggests. We were very comfortable in a studio apartment, but had to go into a larger room for the first night, we would have preferred this did not happen but only a minor blip.

Very close by the beach. Limited hotel parking lots. Friendly and helpful staffs.
