Great service, very nice staff, very accommodating, very clean hotel
Mucho frío en la Recepción, Restaurante , ascensores y Planta 0 del hotel. El comedor para el buffet está muy cerca de la puerta de entrada al Hotel y la corriente de aire frío en constante. Nada confortable. Mala calidad del producto ofrecido en el buffet del desayuno: la fruta, los diferentes panes, toda la bollería…..
The one thing this hotel should do to improve is to hire more staff. I have noticed a couple times the restaurant and bar can be full of people and only two employees were working. It’s a four star hotel with three star service.
We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is studying abroad and living in Sant Cugat. The hotel is convenient for walking to her campus (20 min), old town (5 min) and walking to the train (12 min) to go into Barcelona. The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and quiet.
Very modern, clean, well laid out and the mood lighting created a wonderful ambiance.

Olimme tapaamassa tytärtämme Sant Cugat’issa ensimmäistä kertaa. Kaupunki osoittautui erittäin viehättäväksi pienine kauppoineen ja ravintoloineen. Hotellimme sijainti oli erinomainen kaupungin sydämessä
Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. The reception area is well presented. The standard room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. We ate one evening in the hotel and the food was lovely with a unique take on dishes. Housekeeping were excellent. Clean towels everyday and cleaned to a high standard. We were impressed. Our room had a kettle with a few herbal tea bags supplied (no coffee) but there is a supermarket directly opposite that we got a few essential supplies. The mini bar had a variety of drinks and seemed at a reasonable price. Reception was very helpful arranging a taxi to Monserrate. It is well located getting into Barcelona by train - about 30 mins and a 10 minute walk to the station. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sant Cugat.
