Gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil, emplacement de l'hôtel

Hotel en travaux donc petit dej délocalisé dans la salle de séminaire. Nous sommes passés à 9h45 et quand on a vu ce qui était proposé (fin d'une brioche, pas de crêpes,...), on a cherché du personnel qui, à ma grande surprise, est venu se chercher à boire ou des cafés mais ne s'est absolument pas occupé de réassortir... Bref, on a fait demi-tour.

La chambre est impeccable et bien équipé.

Les horaires du petit déjeuner que j'avais réservé. Devant partir vers 5h30, j'ai réservé pour rien car horaires à partir de 6h30 ! Or, au téléphone, c'était possible... Le personnel a refusé de me rembourser, et de plus, me demande 3,25€ de taxe de séjour ! Je lui ai répondu qu'il pouvait se régler avec le petit déjeuner. Nada... Je suis furieuse car ce n'est pas la première fois que ce type de chose arrive. La première fois, c'était le stationnement parking 18€. Non remboursable à l'hôtel demandez à Booking ! Or, Booking ne m'a jamais remboursé ! Jamais 2 sans 3. Ben non, j'irai voir la concurrence Booking
