Le grand accueil de l hôtel. La clim dans les chambres (cependant un peu bruyante) La propreté de la chambre

Par contre pas de volets dans la chambre mais seulement des rideaux pas très occultant. Venue avec un chien, le règlement n autorise pas sa présence dans le grand hall d accueil(on me l'a rappelé et exceptionnellement il a pu rester avec moi) mais on ne peut pas non plus le laisser seule dans la chambre.Donc on fait comment si l on veut boire un verre au bar, ou profiter du restaurant?

"Great stay in ideal location for disneyland paris or travel into paris"

Location 10 minute walk to Torcy trainline, reception looked clean. Air con in room massive help during the 40 degree we had during our stay. Didn't have food there but had a little peek into the area during breakfast and looked good. Shower and bath in room was fine. I would happily return, hotel condition was very good and great value for money (twin room 3 nights £250)

We were next to service area so unfortunately noise from delivery trucks early in morning but not excessive. I tried to get extra milk pots and reception didnt understand me haha so ended up having black tea and black coffee. Burnt out building in car park which is a bit alarming in this weather. A main light inside the room would be great, instead we had a few small lights by the bed and a small one on the wall, despite all these picky things I would 100% go back and will be back.

Location, The hotel is next to the Mall

The room ceiling is around 2 meters high like a cave with no lights, No cleaning service five nights/ 6 days with same toilet bin and towels, The air-conditioning wasn't working for 3 nights and I was very very hot. The staff is unpolite. Very expensive for what it is offering.

Top , propre et proche de Disney donc idéal pour une nuit simple et efficace ! Équipements ok 👌

Pas de volet juste un rideau pas très pratique et pas couvrant , avec les lumières du couloir extérieur allumées en continu il faut trouver une astuce !
