Pulizia ti stoviglie e superfici nella sala colazioni praticamente assente. Stanza minuscola. Mancava manutenzione su diverse porte. Inesisistenza di minifrigo in camera. Personale in sala colazioni freddo scortese.

Не далеко от вонзала и метро, но территория была грязной, хоть персонал и старался все держать в чистоте. Завтрак был скудным если честно, не то что на фото от отеля. Сантехника в ванной плохо функционировала (слив в ванной плохо сливал воду, наш номер был 115). Душевая лейка и тропический душ после использования и выключения - постоянно капал, и мешал спать. Есть жалюзи на окнах, но к сожалению не работали. По факту это совсем не отель- это хостел с отдельными семейными комнатами.

Расположение, и номер. Хороший зеленый район, и неплохие завтраки. Хороший персонал на рецепшине.

Был грязный пол, как будто то бы немытый, много мелкого мусора было на полу. По ощущением что номер не убран, хотя постель была свежая и полотенца тоже.

Kahvaltisi ve oda ferahlık guzel. Sehir merkezi olmasa da Rer A ile erisim zor olmuyor. Disneyland ve outlet e gitmek icin de avantajlı. Otel yenileniyor, daha konforlu bir yapı kuruluyor gibi duruyor.

Kahvaltida biten urunleri ertesi gune ya da gun icinde tamamlama eğilimi yok. Kahvaltı bölümünde calisanlar lin tavri bu nedenle şaşırtıcı bitti diyip arkalarini donup gidiyorlar. Friendly bir tavir yok maalesef.

Arriving at 2pm for check-in, we were told our rooms were not ready. Reception attempted to call housekeeping and then claimed they were unavailable. This was difficult to believe given that the entire housekeeping team appeared to be gathered in the bar area just a short distance away, celebrating a birthday. Seeing staff socialising and drinking during the advertised check-in period, while guests are left waiting for rooms, is not a professional first impression for any hotel. Curiously, around 10 minutes later our rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, things deteriorated from there. We had booked two rooms and neither had functioning air conditioning despite outside temperatures reaching 32°C. The rooms sat at approximately 26°C, feeling humid, stuffy and damp throughout the night. After struggling to sleep, I raised the issue with reception at 2am. The staff member appeared surprised, despite multiple recent reviews mentioning exactly the same problem. This suggests either a lack of communication within the hotel or a reluctance to acknowledge an ongoing issue. When I asked what could be done to compensate for the lack of a basic amenity that had significantly impacted our stay, I was offered complimentary breakfast. The following morning we were moved to rooms on a different floor where the air conditioning functioned, although even there it never became properly cold. The rooms themselves appear recently renovated but are disappointingly small, poorly lit and have an unpleasant lingering odour. The overall experience felt far closer to that of a budget roadside motel than a hotel deserving of a 3-star rating. The breakfast, charged at approximately €16 per person, was equally disappointing and represents extremely poor value for money. Coffee comes from a machine dispensing a syrup-based substitute rather than fresh coffee. The hot food selection was minimal and appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period. Beyond that there were only a couple of pastry options, some basic cold meats and yoghurt. It is difficult to justify the price when there are local cafés offering far better quality food and coffee for considerably less. Taken together, the poor organisation, non-functioning air conditioning, lacklustre rooms and overpriced breakfast made for a deeply disappointing stay. I would not return and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
