Bonjour, nous avons réservé pour deux nuits et nous sommes extrêmement mécontents de notre séjour. Nous étions tranquillement dans notre chambre lorsque la porte s’est ouverte sans aucune autorisation, et le personnel de ménage est entré directement dans la chambre sans frapper ni prévenir, alors que nous étions encore présents !! Ce comportement est totalement inadmissible et irrespectueux de notre intimité. De plus, nous avions clairement laissé la carte sur la poignée indiquant que nous ne souhaitions aucun ménage aujourd’hui. Malgré cela, à notre retour, nous avons constaté que nos poubelles avaient été vidées et nos serviettes changées sans notre accord !! Nous sommes très en colère et profondément déçus par ces deux incidents, qui sont inacceptables dans un hôtel.
