Lors de mon séjour, la réceptioniste m'a expliqué que la chambre qui m'a été atribuée a été réformée récemment et qu'elle était donc "neuve", qu'il y avait une porte mitoyenne avec la chambre d'à côté mais qu'elle était fermée qu'il n'y avait donc aucun problème. Une fois dans la chambre je constate qu'il fait froid, nous sommes en décembre, j'éssaye de mettre le chauffage, impossible, la télécommande ne me le permet pas. Ensuite lorsque le voisin est rentré dans sa chambre j'ai tout entendu (j'entendais plus sa télé que la mienne) car la porte mitoyenne est une simple porte, sans isolement, ce qui était génant, impossible de se reposer ni même de lire (pas de la faute du client mais plustôt du manque d'isolement de la chambre/inéxistant). Lorsque je suis aller me doucher, le pommeau du robinet m'est resté dans la main car il était dévissé et simplement posé sur le robinet. Une fois dans l'ascenseur je vois un mot affichant le compromis de Kyriad avec l'environement, comme quoi les zones communes sont chauffées a 20ºC et les chambre entre 16 et 18ºC! surprenant. Le landemain, de retour à la chambre le pommeau avait été re-posé sur le robinet, il faisait plus froid dans la chambre qu'à l'extérieur. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Propre accueil sympathique,chambre agréable et propre ,service correct même pour une nuit sans de préconisations . Pas eu le temp de prendre le petit déjeuner donc je ne peut pas dit mon avis sur la prestation du matin
