Our stay in this beautiful house was wonderful ! We could not have wanted anything more , first class comfort , peaceful ambience ,amazing history and wonderful hosts ! It was a pleasure to have walked in the footsteps of one of britains most iconic women, Florence Nightingale , we can’t wait to visit again ! Thankyou Peter & Jen !

This is definitely a highlight of our mini break. Sitting in lady Nightingale's library for breakfast with a great view of the hill is perfect way of relaxing. Plus learning so much of the history from the host. This is my first time of recommend a accommodation.

"Historical luxury BnB treat."

Wonderful property at the foot of the Peak District, which has been renovated to a very high standard with original features in abundance. Our host Peter went out of his way to make us feel welcome and shared a lot of interesting stories about this home, which once belonged to the Florence Nightingale family. Beautiful surroundings and a very nice English breakfast in the dining room by the fire. Looking forwards to coming back!
