Great location, Great staff and good breakfast.

Needs some maintenance issues taken care of. Back entrance door reader not working. door had to be proped open all the time to be able to access your vehicle outside. Card reader system , needs attention or upgrade, had to have 3 different sets of cards made to finally get them to work. Door to room was sprung and needs to be repaired/ replaced hard to use the deadbolt on the door and could see lights in hallway, because door is so sprung. Great staff. Just needs some maintenance.

There is no elevator. Only 2 floors but frustrating after traveling all day

This was the worst stay at a hotel we have had. The room was dirty, hair in the shower, peanuts on the floor, a big blood stain right on front on the pillow case, etc. There was no remote for the TV, just a Roku remote. When we went to check out there was no one at the front counter. We waited 5 minutes and nobody showed up. My wife decided to go and knock on the door the attendant came out of when we checked in, but right as she was going to knock a lady came out and was very rude saying "you are not allowed here." When I tried telling her we were just trying to find an attendant after waiting 5 mins. she said she was doing laundry. There was no signs saying be right back or anything. When she checked us out, she took our receipt threw it on the counter and said in a very condescending tone to "have a nice day."
