Room had an odor

The staff was friendly. The location was good.

One bed was so hard the floor was softer. There was not Shampoo and barley any conditioner. The doors to get in and out would stick, so if you had anything in your hands you would have to put it down. This was for both outside door and door to the rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, good wifi, nice pool and hot rub. There is no elevator

Loved it

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hallways were quiet and we didn't hear a lot of noise or activities going on outside our room. Room was clean but there was an odd sour type smell when you walked in and I don't know if it was the AC or something else. The room was clean and the free wifi worked perfectly, it wasn't one of those "free" wifi's and then you get no service. Breakfast was okay, there was sausage patties and fried eggs with hard yolks and the typical waffles, yogurts, cereals and breads for toasting. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and easy access to the highway.

I didn't like that the back door was often held open with a rock which would allow anyone to come into the hotel at any given time. The beds were really really firm too firm for my liking but that's just a preference issue.

The service was fantastic. We had a blast with the kids in the pool and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. We lived all the fresh fruit! Such a great deal! We will be back. Thanks friends!!!
