Ellis House B&B, Niagara Falls

The hostess was wonderful

We were sent an email when we booked that we could do self check in but when we arrived there was no key to our room. We called the owner and she immediately came over to figure out what was going on as we weren't the people who she had reservations for. I showed her our confirmation number from Expedia and she realized that Expedia had double booked. Without hesitation she upgraded us to an apartment with no extra charges. The apartment was amazing! The breakfast we got served every morning was better than any restaurant we have ever been to. The Ellis house was located very close to everything and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my visit last weekend . very quiet and cozy place , homely feeling .. nice to walk around the area . hostess was very pleasant . Breakfast was good as well . overall a nice change from your regular hotel experience . I would like to go back again .

Overall very nice- we enjoyed staying here and would return. It was nice to have a variety of teas and healthier items of jam and real maple syrup 😊
