The person at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave recommendations for food and was very clear in the instructions for getting to the room etc.

The remote control to get in to the parking was not working, and getting down to the second level of the carpark was very tight/narrow for a big car.

Check in was a breeze, warm and welcoming staff. Perfect sized room for two adults and two children. Walking distance to park on the esplanade, the beach and the eateries. Quick walk across to Coles and Bakers Delight. We will definitely stay again next visit.
