"I’d recommend the hotel overall. Again, the only set back we experienced was for the smoking fee randomly being charged"

Everything was very clean and the location is perfect. About a 5 min walk from everything. The room experience was phenomenal.

On the day of check out, I noticed a notification for a charge of $350 for a smoking fee to my card. I asked the front desk and they said nothing could be done and referred me to the manager. We were able to get in touch with the manager later that evening and he was able to clear the charge. (We are not smokers, vapers, or users of nicotine/tobacco). We think that my wives curling iron set off the alert. We had a great trip, and we are thankful for the management staff believing us and refunding the charge. It was just an unfortunate ending to what was a great trip at the time of the fee.
