"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but the charge for parking is nonsense."

Charging $45/day for parking when you are already oagijg for lodging is ridiculous. It should be included.

Tyronique and Jamario who were at front desk were amazing , very kind and attentive with any of our needs or questions for our 10 day stay. Loved hotel and location ( approximately 10 min walk to Broadway) away from traffic congestion . However Wished the bar opened earlier for food and drink. The breakfast hot food was not tasty or warm (we gave it a try 5 times) there was cereal, bread ,bagels with condiments and fruit/yogurt though. Would definitely stay here again next trip to Nashville!!

Rooms were spacious and clean, service was very friendly. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Very walkable to a lot of things! Would stay here again. Special shout out to Jamario and Tyronique at the front desk. They were fantastic, helpful, and genuinely friendly!

Great location, friendly staff. Entertainment in the lobby. Pool was very clean and well equipped with towels. Snack bar in lobby. Only issue was ice machine out of order on my floor.

We really liked the location. It was so close to broadway, without having the noise from broadway. The staff were so friendly and helpful I couldn’t fault them.

We loved everything. There was nothing not to like.

"Be careful of hidden charges"

Billed $350 smoking fee because of a faulty detector. Staff refused to verify there was no smoking done in the room and offered no solution other than to dispute the credit charge. Staff also insinuated that since I was a veteran receiving a discounted room she was not upset that I was charged this fee. Very disrespectful and has been a lack of resolution from he staff
