The Evers House

The location was great but the room's heater did not work well. They gave us a small rotating space heater which didn't help much when its 40 degrees outside.

Beautiful historic property. Very clean. Breakfast was nice. Service was great. There is no one at the property but we called for extra towels and they were promptly delivered. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great location for dining and shopping and in the heart wine trails .

Place is always great! Close to town. Secluded. Easy access. Always love our stay here. Breakfast in the morning is are favorite!

When staying at prior B&Bs my experience has been a great, warm breakfast served in a shared dining room. This facility offered a picnic basket with microwaveable options, I was not impressed with the food. The surface of the bed was completely balled-up. There was no mattress pad to cover-up this problem and we felt all the bumps.

Nice place with easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. A little noisy at night due to truck traffic.

This was my first bed and breakfast experience and it was great. It had everything I needed and more than I expected. Staff was very friendly and loved the coziness of the place. Breakfast was delicious and every day was a different menu. Loved this place and will be returning to stay here again.

Super cute and comfortable stay in this very well appointed suite. Great location to walking to all of Main St and easy parking too. Thank you! Will definitely refer y'all and come back again!

It was nice and quiet even with other house guests in all the rooms.

i like the layout of the property and have stayed before with my lady we hope to come again soon
