Old and dated. Many roaches in bathroom.

no first floor rooms for handicap persons. The front staff other than the one person who just started working there the day before I checked in were horrible, rude unhelpful I gave a cash deposit that they required for my room. They didn’t want to return my money saying I didn’t put down cash. The manager had to review video from when I checked in to see that I actually did indeed give the clerk cash. The room was a dump. The floor was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes, the halls reeked of marijuana despite their no marijuana policy. The garbage cans were overflowing.. but the worst part was how I a handicapped individual was treated by the front staff. They were rude, unprofessional unkind. I would never ever stay in this hotel again don’t waste your time or money.

Staff were very friendly and professional, and I had no issues checking in. The building itself looked as you would expect an older building to look like. The rooms were equipped with functional AC/heat window/wall units. Although all of the appliances worked, my remote had no back, and there were only 2 sad lonely hangers. Outside of the building was clean with sufficient parking. The location was safe, quiet, and convenient with freeway access and restaurants close by.

Why do they give us internet password when internet was constantly say N INTERNET. I attempted to place order of food for an hour and never was able to cc place ordered had go out late in dark and get some food to eat
