The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, being close to shoppings, restaurants, and tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is good to go around the old town of Ioannina and the castle where a number of nice cafe and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite calm, so that it is comfortable to relax down when taking a rest. The room condition was excellent with a very cozy bed and pillow. The quadruple room was suitable for a four-people family. It was also convenient that many outlet sockets are placed just next to beds.

The quality of the amenity was not good compared to the standard three-star hotel. Although the receptionists are kind and welcoming, they usually do not stay at the reception, so that I can't get help from them at the right time.

The hotel location is very close to the walking areas of the city, to the historical part of the city and to the lake. The room was clean and comfortable.
