Great location. Close to airport and Horley train station

I had multiple problems with this property. Firstly, the kettle had significant limescale buildup, causing somewhat of a health hazard if you were to have a coffee or tea. Secondly, the window I had was stuck open and the blind was torn, causing my room to be in daylight by sunrise which isn’t very good in the middle of June when sunrise is before 5am. Thirdly, the shower smelled like the drains had not been sufficiently taken care of in a long time. Finally, the fan in my room was broken. Another note when checking in: the receptionist I had was useless. He pointed to my key on the desk and did not tell me anything else. If you stay here, you need to be proactive and ask about whether you want breakfast or not because if you don’t, you will not be able to get breakfast in the morning.

Der einzige Grund dieses Hotel zu wählen ist die Nähe zum Flughafen! Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt und der Bus fährt von dort in 5 Minuten zum South-Terminal Gatwick.

Einen Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben wir nur einmal ganz kurz bei der Ankunft angetroffen und die Person war sehr unfreundlich und hat kaum mit uns geredet. Danach haben wir niemanden mehr gehört oder gesehen. Das Hotel war völlig dunkel, dreckig und ungemütlich.

I had to have emergency surgery in the week leading up to my holiday, therefore leaving me and my family unable to go on our holiday. TUI were great in moving my holiday, the parking firm allowed me to refund/rebook, even hotels.com tried all they could to move this hotel for the night before travel - however the owners refused to push the date of the booking back a few weeks. It wasn't expensive. They had a week to re-sell the room. While I appreciate the terms and conditions, and my travel insurance was on the to-do list before falling ill, I little curiosity considering my situation would've gone a long way. Id have stayed an alternative day and all being well, used this hotel moving forward. No chance now 👍🏻

Stort rom og bad, rolig.

Det manglet håndklær på rommet. Og siden resepsjonen var ubetjent mellom kl 21 og kl 08, fikk vi ikke fatt i håndklær før på morgenen. Vi ble ikke informert om at frokost måtte bestilles kvelden før.
