Chambre mal insonorisée, literie de qualité moyenne, décoration d'un autre âge, qualité moyenne du Wi-Fi... Bref, on est dans un campanile de 1ère génération en dessous des standards actuels à ce niveau de prix. Le restaurant ne suffit pas à sauver la face, lui-même assez vieillot et avec des buffets entrées et desserts trop limités. Un point positif tout de même sur l'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche d'un plan nautique parfait pour les sportifs et les familles. Globalement, on y passe une nuit mais pas plus surtout en déplacement professionnel.

Return visit to Louth's twin town. Took the interesting "train" tour around the historic town and leisure area. Loved the umbrella walk.
Six of us stayed here for French MotoGP at Le Mans for three nights. Located in a commercial area which meant it was quiet from early evening and through the night. The hotel staff were all very helpful and made us feel welcome. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable and there was a good shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and there was always plenty of everything to eat. Overall, great value for money compared to hotels in Le Mans and would have no hesitation in using again if we ever return for the racing.
The hotel has no extra amenities. But it's generally more or less worth the price.

In need for an affordable accommodation right off the motorway
We chose to stay at this hotel because we knew we would not be spending much time there and didn't need any special facilities. We arrived just as lunch was finishing but the man on reception (who turned out to be the chef too) was very helpful and made us a delicious salad even though the dining room was theoretically closed. We ate this outside in the sun, facing the plain garden area. The service was very attentive. The lady on reception went out of her way to help us with taxis and travel arrangements to the wedding we were attending. The staff could not be faulted. The room was clean, basic and exactly as I would expect from a Campanile.
