La piscine

Très déçus par notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid : la dame blonde au lunettes a peu près la cinquantaine de la réception semblait peu motivée, nous a donné très peu d’explications et n’a affiché aucun sourire. Nous avons eu l’impression de déranger, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. La suite a également été très décevante. La literie grinçait au moindre mouvement, ce qui a fortement nui à notre confort et à la qualité de notre sommeil. Enfin, le parking proposé par l’hôtel est excessivement cher alors qu’il s’agit d’un stationnement extérieur. Il est d’autant plus regrettable qu’un parking couvert, situé juste à côté, est proposé à un tarif plus avantageux. Le parking est également difficile à trouver et les indications fournies sont insuffisantes Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

El Área de comedor las piscinas y en general el personal muy eficientes el hotel es muy limpio y céntrico de todo

Mejorar las camas no son tan cómodas por lo demás todo bien
