受付対応もシンプルかつ丁寧、チェックイン前の荷物預かりもスムーズ。部屋も綺麗に清掃されていたと思う。狭いが必要最低限の物は置いてあり、かつツインベッドだったのは素泊まり客に好印象。

排水管の水が流れる音が響いてくるので気になりました。構造上の問題なので解決できない点かもしれませんが、書かせていただきました。

"とても親切なスタッフと設備ですごく良かったです。"

まずは場所が最高😀ただ初めての桜木町駅からの移動だったのでホテル側の問題ではなく歩道がまぁ複雑で例えばGoogle Mapsとかだと立体性がわかりづらくて結構回り道してしまいました。ホテルはとても良い立地で夜景も臨めてとても良かったです。

ほぼ完璧。強いて言えば、お風呂スペースが思ったよりも狭かった程度で、それもあくまでも私の想像(アパホテルとの比較)での話です。

I was amazed at how sound proof the room was. The train lines went right by my window and I could hardly hear anything. I loved sitting there having a coffee and watching the trains go by.
