The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast — it’s simple but fresh, clean, and always well‑refilled. You can tell everything is prepared with care. The F&B Manager, Govinda, does an excellent job looking after the food line, and it’s truly appreciated. All the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional.

I loved the two bedroom suite layout, each with its own bathroom. It made it very comfortable for the stay.

One of the showerheads in the bathroom was dirty and sprayed water poorly, meanwhile the shower head in the other room was brand new and replaced. I wish both were new!

We stayed in a room with a jetted tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good—eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit. We had great service and great conversation especially from Govinda the Food and Service Manager. The hot apple cider in the foyer and the free cookies were a nice touch. We stayed because we were working at the Operation Christmas Children (OCC) Shoebox processing centre. In talking with several employees they have filled and donated OCC shoeboxes this year.

I travel quite a bit and oh my, this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Now I have made it my permanent place of stay whenever I visit Toronto/Mississauga. The rooms are spacious. Ambiance is amazing. The breakfast buffet is the best part. A variety of options which is kept there till people have eaten, not like some other hotels where they start closing it 10 mins early. The credit goes to the F & B Manager, Govinda. A thorough gentleman. Very kind, courteous, professional. He is there to greet each guest and makes them feel at home. An angelic human being and a wonderful host. He made me feel at home. Millions of thanks to Govinda. The Manager of the hotel, Drucilla is a sweetheart. With a beautiful, warm smile she greets each guest. She is there to listen to every concern and goes a step beyond to make the guests feel at home. It really touched my heart when she is said, “you are like family, and we will make your stay very comfortable.” This is my home away from home. Excellent. A plus rating. Keep up the good work.
