Breakfast was nice. Hospitable Management & staff. Lots of drawers to organize so it was easier to function. Microwave and fridge in suite was useful

Kind staff clean room had a great stay

The property is a little outdated! Needs to be upgraded. Washrooms and rooms are very old. Restaurants are on walking distance.

I accidentally booked this hotel on Expedia and caught it within two minutes (I booked the wrong hotel). I immediately tried to cancel, and even Expedia stepped in, asking the hotel not to charge them. The hotel flat-out refused, despite confirming they had the choice. Instead, they hid behind policy, showing zero empathy or basic courtesy. No flexibility, no interest in customer goodwill—just a cold grab for cash. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even stayed, I can only imagine how they treat paying guests. Their message is clear: your money matters, you don’t. I’ll never book here again—and neither should you.

Just a very pleasant overall experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a safe neighborhood with many eateries across the road and a movie theatre. Easy Parking and a convenient location just off the 401. My son and his family had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was great for the 6 of us.

Loved how clean the facilities were and how friendly all the staff was.
