The hotel has a comfortable, luxurious feel and the overall quality of the stay was excellent. The location was very convenient, the internet was fast and reliable, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I would especially like to mention Kim Bohyun at reception, who provided excellent service and made a very positive impression.

There was very little that I did not like. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel met a very high standard. I would only suggest continuing to maintain the same strong level of service and guest attention.

Reception staff pleasant patient and very helpful

Housekeeping has deteriorated very badly. When mugs in room were used they were not washed The sponge and vanity pack were not put in room unless asked The room and bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned or swept Carpet outside rooms glaringly dirty Kensington never used to be like this, what has happened to housekeeping
