The room was ok.

Our first experience with the receptionist wasn't good. After a 19-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM, and the first thing he told us was that the room wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM, not even a "Hello, welcome to our hotel dear guest." Nothing. We had to ask if we could leave our luggage, as he didn't offer to do so. 🫣 Someone really needs to teach them how to treat customers.

The building looks elegant and luxurious from the outside.

The room was very basic and lacked sufficient amenities. There was no side chair or additional furniture,only the bed was provided. It also did not match the images shown, as there were no decorations or portraits on the walls. I’m unsure whether the room was set up incompletely or if this was an oversight.
