"Receptionist should check what guests paid for more carefully"

They gave a room different than I booked, even the bed was not I chose they gave two separate beds. Even though I paid for two nights and arrive one day later, they didn't want to accept me to breakfast, after they accepted they said we gave it to you for free, I don't how how something I already paid can be free. After all I spoke with manager, thanks to him they changed the room. The other staff was good but receptionist was extremely bad.
