Start with the good. The staff is amazing, the property has everything right on sight for you, and it’s a cool place. The restaurant is good, the rooms are huge, and place is clean. The bad. The place needs updates and repairs. The elevator has panels that are broken and you can see other parts of the resort that is just old and needs replaced or fixed. The bed was awful! Super 8 style bed at best.

"Up your breakfast game and staff choices"

Room was clean and the pool and hot tub was great. Overnight front desk help was incredibly rude. Stopped my bf 2 times coming to the room to "see if he knew where he was going" was very impolite both times. Breakfast was terrible. Super unimpressed with it being such a big hotel in Norfolk.

everything was great from the front staff person that greeted us at check-in, room was great size, bed very comfortable, great breakfast the next morning also.
