Desk staff was amazing!

We really thought the breakfast could have been better. The morning staff did not keep up and stuff was constantly empty, dirty and you had to wait.

Bei Betreten des Zimmers kam einem ein muffiger, feuchter Geruch entgegen. Die Zimmer waren dunkel und überaltet eingerichtet. Am Empfang die Dame am nächsten Morgen hatte scheinbar einen schlechten Tag und war nicht sehr freundlich bei Nachfragen. Das Frühstück war includiert....

The property was easy to find, close to highway and convenient

Elevator really could use an upgrade- it was slow and a bit noisy.. I was afraid it might not make it

Brandon at the front desk was very kind and helpful. There are a lot of lamps, a desk to work at, the room is a good size

Around 10pm someone entered the room, with a key card! They had been given the same room. Luckily I wasn't asleep and they left immediately. There was no apology or anything from the hotel, even when I had to get my key card re-activated. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the television of the room beside yours, doors opening and closing all night long. The pillows were very lumpy.
