"Good"

Arrived at 7pm and they had cancelled my reservation. They said my card didn’t go through for payment. They had sent me emails about checking in online but did not send me anything about my card. I had taken a picture of the card so I know the number was right. They would not honor the reservation or the price. I have stayed at that hotel several times. Tried going back through Booking.com but the price was the same as theirs (full price). So I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door for $4 cheaper, which isn’t much but they wouldn’t even match HDI Express price. Booking did not have HDI on their site so I signed up for their rewards which gave me the discounted price. I probably want stay at that hotel again.

Will never stay here again! Staff is untrained and hostile. Staff complained that we “booked on a third party site.” Staff woke us several times during the morning for housekeeping service because there was no “do not disturb” sign for our room. We came in very late and needed our rest, but were unable to find it here. Please look elsewhere in Greenwood!
