Horrible place to stay. Check-in area and breakfast area was clean. But, the rooms were disgusting. Room and hallways smelled like cat urine. I stay over a 100 days at Hilton resorts and this was one of the worst places. I paid in full and I am still waiting on a partial refund. Had to leave early because my wife and I could not handle staying there another day. We spoke with Diamond member services and were told we would be contacted by the management team within 3 days. Still no reply 12 days later.

Close proximity to Downtown Sarasota, the wonderful breakfast and the friendly helpful staff

The corridors leading to the rooms were very dull but the suites were lovely

Good location. Easy access from interstate hwy. Breakfast and pool/hot tub were excellent.

Price was high for the room standard. The room was ok but felt more like Holiday Inn. The “Queen” bed was narrow like a double or full size.
