Habitaciones muy antiguas con mala distribución

La habitación tenía polvo en el mecenaje de las estanterias, tampoco tenía utensilios para fregar. La habitación estaba muy anticuada hasta llegaron a entrar hormigas.....

Love this hotel and have stayed 3 times and due back in June, can’t wait as staff are lovely and everything we could want

I went to GF Noelia with my partner for a Christmas and new year break. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and were cleaned on a daily basis but are very dated.However the food was very repetitive and we ate out a few times during our stay. Some food was over cooked and some was under cooked.Some of the food was ticketed up as one thing but was actually another ( one night soup was ticketed as veg but was actually fish) which isn't good if you have an allergy you could end up eating something you shouldn't. The entertainment wasn't great either we found one internainwr great the saxophone singer he was brilliant. The roof top pool has no bar which seems odd as it's on 7th floor so you have to go down to ground to get a drink and back up to 7th again. I did hear that they are meant to be having a refurb so hopefully that will be rectified and all the other issues will be rectified as well because the staff are lovely
