We were there multiple Times and it Is actually one of the best Hotel experiences we ever had..and i was at travel Agent and lived in Asia for 30 years... Great service, beautiful Gardens, comfortable rooms

Unfortunately Air Pollution is..Like in Most of Thailand ..pretty Bad. It Takes a Bit Off the pleasure . And being a repetitive customer one should get some little perks..Like Upgrade e.g

Le cadre est très agréable, l'espace. L'activité proposé chaque jour.

Great resort. We have stayed numerous times, when it was the Evason and the Blue Lotus. Lost a little bit of the personal touch that the previous owners had but a Very relaxing place to be. Great breakfast.

Bar quite expensive and the happy hour drink prices are different (more expensive) from the normal menu for the same drinks!

พนักงานไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร ตั้งแต่บริเวณรถรับส่งเข้าตัวโรงแรม ถามซอกแซกว่ากระเป๋าที่นำมามีอะไร ทำหน้าเหมือนเราเป็นมิจฉาชีพ เราจองมา 4 ห้อง ของต้องเยอะเป็นธรรมดา พนักงานในห้องอาหารตอนเช้าก็เช่นกันไม่มีใจบริการ มองลูกค้าคนไทยแบบเหยียดๆ วันหลังถ้าจะรับแต่ลูกค้าหัวทอง ควรติดประกาศหน้าโรงแรมไปเลย ลูกค้าคนไทยจะได้ไม่ต้องเข้ามาใช้บริการ จะใช้บริการอะไร ก็เสียเงินไปหมด แม้แต่จักรยานเดี๋ยวนี้ก็คิดเงิน แถมคิดเป็นรายชั่วโมงด้วย ไม่ประทับใจเลย ห้องพักจองไป 4 ห้อง มีปัญหาไป 3 ห้อง ประตูห้องน้ำล็อคเองเปิดไม่ออก 1 ห้อง แอร์ไม่เย็น 2 ห้อง ได้ห้องพักที่อยู่หน้าโรงแรมและติดกระได มีเสียงดังตลอดเวลา

It was beautiful with all the trees and plants and birds. The staff were wonderful. So helpful and kind and friendly. The pool is amazing. We loved it so much we are coming back again next month before the end of our trip out here. The breakfast is great. Everything you wish to eat.

The restaurant was expensive but there are places to eat not far away.

Zeer goed onderhouden comfortabele luxe accommodatie. Ontbijtbuffet zeer royaal met heerlijke producten.

De sporten zoals tennis en pickleball zijn niet inbegrepen in de prijs. Moet apart (weliswaar weinig) voor betaald worden. Liever een all-in prijs.
