Westgate Branson Lakes Resort

There was no staff in resort but desk was very helpful

Exceptionally clean, beautiful view of the lake, amazing staff and so many fun amenities even for when it was raining outside. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, and game rooms were so fun! They also had rotating activities throughout the days, like yoga and movie nights.

We had to drive ~10 minutes to a place with lake access to launch our own paddle boards.

Is out of the way and allows you to rest when you get back

What breakfast? Must have missed that bit of info during the check in. Beautiful view of the lake if you walked around the buildings (was told no lakeview rooms available).

Doesn't have any sound deadening as you would find in a hotel. Could hear the neighbors talk (not yelling) and the family above us must have had young children as we heard them running all night.

The size and decor of the unit we stayed in.

The floors were very dirty they would turn our socks black. The bed clothes were dirty there was dried snot on one of the covers and my pillows smelled like greasy hair. I removed the pillow cases to find a watery blood stain on the pillow cover. I washed all the pillow cases and covers and had my husband request clean bedding. They only brought us 2 clean sheets. Also walls are thin we had people behind us who were very loud we could hear them talking and their tvs all night til 2 or 3 in the morning. We didn't get much sleep. They need to make sure the housekeepers are mapping the floors and putting clean bedding on the beds.

Room was clean and well stocked , staff friendly and pool was great

A continental breakfast would be good to have. We traveled 13 hours and got to the resort at 1:30 am. Waking up and having to travel out for breakfast was a little more than we wanted for the first morning there. But the recommendation from the concierge for breakfast was fantastic!
