The staff was great very friendly people the room was clean and comfortable and air conditioning weren't very well.

I didn't care for the fact that there weren't very many handicap parking spaces as I am disabled. And your elevator needs some serious work the floor needs to be replaced so you don't crack things out into the hallway on the carpet and the tables need to be in check due to the fact that it hurts very hard when it starts and when it stops he's 1.25 maybe 1:45 a.m. I'll tell you later. And the bathtubs could use some adhesive Ducks so you don't slip.

Advertised complimentary breakfast not available. $100 “refundable” deposit required to check-in at front desk. No mention of this requirement prior to booking my reservation. Clerk stated deposit necessary “to make sure we didn’t wreck the room”.

Decent breakfast. Last minute value. Comfortable bed/pillows.

I was out on 3rd floor with only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. Elevator was not air conditioned on 100 degree days. Construction crews coming and going with their carts of materials in the 1 elevator that was very slow as it is. Needs updating, but I guess that’s what the construction crews were doing.

Charged me a “early check in fee” which is ridiculous considering I was already paying the same rate for that day that I am paying for a full day of occupancy/possession of a room. Some items in the room were clearly not completely cleaned such as power around floor in bathroom, previous occupancy items found in the corners in the main room and some paper like substance stuck to a wall. Management and desk staff loudly fighting with a guest in a neighboring room. Doesn’t help that there is a sizable gap at the bottom of the doors making everything movement outside the door very loud.

We enjoyed the location.

The carpeted floor triggered our allergies, and we also found the room quite dark. As for the breakfast, we were expecting something a bit better.

Easily accessible to freeway, lots of parking, other places nearby to get food

Hallway noise not muffled at all was loud when people walked past and talked in or by the door. Breakfast was not edible.
